Our Full-Time Yoga Instructors

Maggie was born and raised in the Adirondack Mountains, and admits that although the winters are tough, there is no place she would be rather be in the fall and summer. Before receiving her yoga instructor certification in Costa Rica, Maggie studied Communication and Social Interaction at SUNY Oswego. She continues her education there, where she is currently working on completing her Masters Degree in Organizational Communication. Along with yoga she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, skiing, as well as hiking, cooking, photography/videography, and lots more!
